Thank you for contacting the Rebel Legion’s Ghost Base about your event. Please understand that we are not performers for hire and we are unable to appear at political or religious events (excluding weddings). We are volunteers who choose to give our time to charity and our communities through our costuming hobby. Due to the volume of events we receive and the number of active members in your area, not all events can be fulfilled. We will make every effort to forward your request to the members in your area, but events with short notice may not be approved due to scheduling conflicts.

Please note that Ghost Base only covers the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware. If you would like to request an appearance for another state, please use the Rebel Legion forum forms

    Thank you for contacting the Rebel Legion’s Ghost Base about your event. Please understand that we are not performers for hire and we are unable to appear at political or religious events. The Rebel Legion is a volunteer organization, whose members choose to give their time to charity and their communities through our costuming hobby. Most of our members hold full-time jobs outside of Legion activities. Our ability to satisfy an event request depends on a number of factors, including availability of members, location and time of the event, and the significance of the event. Events which directly or indirectly benefit the community and/or charity organizations generally receive a better chance of a Rebel appearance than private functions (e.g., birthday parties, weddings). We will make every effort to forward your request to the members in your area, but events with short notice may not be approved due to scheduling conflicts. As a general rule, the Rebel Legion does not appear at events or functions that are non Star Wars related unless coordinated through Lucasfilm Ltd. Anyone submitting a request through this form should be someone who has authority of the event and should be over 18 years of age. Also of note, at the request of Lucasfilm, LTD. it is the policy of our organization to refrain from any lightsaber dueling, mock fighting or demonstrations between the characters and the public and amongst the characters in a public setting where injuries could occur.
